definitely your best ID yet. on the real.
great manipulation of the stock images, and the layout which you have feels natural. moreover than feeling natural, this feels authentic...like i imagine you having one of these (give my imagination some leway).
i know some artists abwhore them, but i love that you cast a drop shadow on this. it would have felt much to flat if you didnt - but the shadow provides some space and really helps push the believability of this.
i thoroughly like the final arrangement of this, and the additions i have seen since your first draft. it has the feeling of old medical text books, like ones you'd see in 1743 in Versailles in some underground practitioners circle (ala From Hell). it definitely has a mood, and you've created a lighter mood than it could be used for:
all in all, mad awesome.
